We’ve dropped the inefficient roller-and-rail design of older ellipticals and refined the 1060EF with dual-spindle technology to mimic your natural running motion. Compact Lightweight Design

The 1060EF is lighter, smaller and more compact than other industry-leading models. At only 144 lbs., it’s half the weight of other ellipticals in its class. A 35% smaller footprint means it won’t take up your entire living room while still providing a longer maximum stride than most ellipticals. We’ve replaced the cumbersome flywheel with innovative Magnetic Resistance for more precise control and reduced weight. The bulky incline motor assembly has been replaced with a combination of adjustable stride and magnetic resistance to more effectively target upper and lower body muscle groups while taking up much less space.

Choose between manual mode, 8 preset programs, 4 heart rate controlled programs, or 4 custom programs. Create a custom workout to maintain a target heart rate, burn fat, build muscle, change terrain or any combination of these elements. Save your personal information such as height, weight, gender, age, body type to track your fitness progress or create custom workouts for your body mass index. Dual-color LCD Console with back-lit display allows you to measure Watts, distance, heart rate, speed, calories, RPMs, and track Basal Metabolic Rate. To help you track long-term progress and cardio health, our PULSE RECOVERY feature allows you to measure how quickly you return to a resting heart rate after each session. Over time your recovery time will decline, indicating improved cardio health. The 1060Ef also features a built-in Polar® wireless heart rate receiver that allows you to connect to heart rate monitoring devices for continual heart rate feedback while you exercise. Also features a handy tablet holder so you can access the internet, check emails or watch videos as you workout.
